91 taurus 3.0 motor swap into 98 mystique?

i have a 91 taurus 3.0 motor and am wondering if anyone knows whether or not it will fit into my mystique. wondering if it will all bolt up and and if i would need the taurus wiring harness and/or ecu. any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks
