Will the insurance companies know about my DUI after i get my record expunged?

Okay i live in PA. Im 20 i got dui last year. I got accepted into the ARD program and completed it. If u complete it succesfully which i did, then u can get ur record expunged. AFter i complete the papers and pay the $60 fee to get it expunged, can i get new car insurance without the insurance companies knowning i got dui. Like if i signed up for car insurance and just said no i never got a dui they would not know right because it got expunged?
