Why is Presidential candidate Alan Keyes, bringing suit against Obama?

This suit has been open for some time now. Apparently it's still open because an official record has not been produced. Whether or not this means Obama is or is not a natural born citizen will be decided by the courts. I would have thought this would have been cleared up by now. But there are reasons why it is still open. You ask why the suit, well it would be against the Constitution for a non natural citizen to become president.
