Should I trade Matt Helbeck for Cedric Benson?

Current QB is Palmer and RBs are LJ, T. Jones, and Leonard. I'm a little hesitant since Benson hasn't done much this year and Helbeck is a quality QB in case Palmer gets hurt. He also has Maroney, so maybe I can hold out for him. What do you think?
