My optometrist didn't include an axis measurement in the OS line of my prescription.?

When I went back to ask for the measurement, the receptionist refused to give it to me. Needless to say I won't be using them again, but for right now I need to order a spare pair of gles online, and need an axis measurement. Any advice?
