There is no way to scientifically evaluate the existence of God without evidence. Therefore, there cannot possibly be proof unless evidence is found. All so-called "creation science" and "theory" of "intelligent design" present essentially zero evidence, and therefore can be refined to exploiting the same logical fallacies you make a point of.
