Phnom Penh or Siem Reap?

id like to volunter also but it seems they all want too much money. i want to volunter and will pay my own lodging but i cant afford the volunter prices. I am on US social security and they will not pay me if i am aresident of Cambodia but Thailand will. but again the price for volunterring is too much
