Credit Card Abuse? Sealed/ Expunged in Texas?

If he was given probation that means he was convicted. Then he goes on to violate his probation. Then he's incarcerated. In Texas you cannot expunge a conviction unless it was subsequently overturned on appeal....Good luck to your brother but this will stay on his record... Sorry.
