The NFL player Ryan Moats who was pulled over by the officer, was he totally innocent?

First he is yelling at the officer.Also you carefully watch the video you notice when the officer threatens to send him to jail he says "Whatever". Before then he said loudly, "Your waisting my time". Also his daughter while leaving with her mother is waving her arm at the officer. I'm not saying the officer was right, I think he was over reacting by drawing his gun. But is this really a story of the officer only being guilty? Or was he reacting in some ways to Ryan Moats over reacting? Obviously it was a terrible situation for the family and I do sympathize but I do think both sides made mistakes.
