skin problems - please help?

In about March 2010 after masturbating and then sleeping without washing the next day I had developed white patches on my head (glans). Well I regret it now but basically I panicked and scratched the skin badly and left my self with scar marks there, almost like deep lines on my head. Ever since the skin on my can be very dry. The skin now a days looks ok when my is flaccid and it can be ok when I get an . But after I get an and the goes flaccid again the skin looks withered, dry, wrinkly and scaly. The skin goes like this also after ejaculatio. After being to the doctors I have used Canesten but to no affect. I am now using Bio OIl to try and stop the skin going like this but im not sure if this will work, I am a virgin so I know the problem is not an STI. Does anyone have any advice. Thanks.
