Why is Mr Macmahon giving Drew Macintyre so many chances?

He expunged two of his losses. He gave him three chances to qalify for the money in the bank ladder match and dose not need to defend his title at WM 26 . He is the chosen one though there are more superstars who may be as talanted as him .I know he is talanted but why this?
